Preserving Archival Photography

Your print is produced using state-of-the-art archival pigments and papers engineered to resist fading and degradation for over a century. To preserve the deep contrast, rich shadows, and vibrant hues of your piece, please observe these gallery handling rules:

Handling Rules

• Avoid Direct Touch: Never touch the exposed print surface with bare fingers; skin oils can leave permanent marks. Always wear clean, white cotton gloves when framing.

• Lifting: Lift the print gently by opposite corners to avoid creasing or kinking the heavy art paper.

Environmental Exposure

• Sunlight: Do not mount your prints directly opposite large windows or in continuous, unshaded sunlight. We highly recommend framing with UV-protective museum glass.

• Moisture: Avoid hanging unframed prints in highly humid spaces like unventilated bathrooms or kitchens.
